1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders can be placed by telephone, by email or online
If a next day service is required this can only be processed before 12.30pm Please note this is a next working day service ie.friday orders will be delivered monday - if you require saturday delivery then please give us a call. 01630 638295
Payment by streamline and secpay (see secpay.com) and paypal
Goods will not be dispatched until paid for in full.
All orders, where feasible, will be sent by Royal Mail.
You will be advised of the cost of postage and packing at the time of order before goods are dispatched. For orders over two Kilos a charge of £10 will be made and these will be dispatched by courier on a next working day or first class Royal Mail
All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order.
We reserve the right to alter prices.
All goods remain the property of Martins Dried Flowers until paid for in full. .
2. DELIVERIES AND DESPATCH
All orders, unless you request otherwise, will be despatched within five working days. If you require the goods within a specific time please state this on your order.
Orders over the value of £60 will be sent out on a signed for service. To opt out of this please e-mail us. Martins Dried Flowers will not be liable for losses if you choose to do this.
If the goods are in stock and are urgent the delivery can be by 'next day' courier.
Shortages or Damages in Transit must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt of the goods.
3. RETURNED GOODS
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior approval with Martins Dried Flowers.
We will only refund the cost of the product, the collection and re-delivery cost will not be refunded.
Martins Dried Flowers cannot be held responsible for the transit of goods being returned to us.
Damaged goods must be claimed for within three working days.
All products described as gold, silver, copper etc. relate to the colour and not the actual material of which the product is made.
